Safety features

The Ambition cargo handling tools are designed with multiple safety features and with focus on low weight while maintaining high strength and durability for easier handling.
The tools are compression, pull and drop tested as a complete unit. Spare parts are not available, this is to ensure the quality level and that maximum load levels marked on the tools are achieved.
All components and fasteners used are made of materials that withstand outdoor and offshore environments. Bolts/nuts are glued to avoid loosening.

	Ambition tool heads: Made of black color PA6 White TPU non-slip/grip coating on the contact areas. The white color ensures users easier can notice damage or wear out. Designed to fit different cargo handling operations.
	Ambition shaft with internal wire: Made of fiber glass. Internally fitted with stainless steel safety wire connected from end plug to tool head that prevents a dropped object situation if the shaft should break.
	Ambition handguard: Made of black color PA6 Non-slip textured finish. Hand grip on the tool that protects hands.
	Ambition Grips: Straight grip: Honeycomb patterned PVC grip. Straight grip for U-bolt: Manufactured from a specially formulated polymer which has undergone a surface treatment that provides a non-slip textured finish. D-handle: Large D-handle with textured grip.
	Ambition tether loop: Tether point when using tool at height. Made of polyester (PES) with AISI316 D-ring. According to NS9611:2022 – Max drop height 2 meters.
	Ambition tether U-bolt: Tether point when using tool at height. Made of AISI316 stainless steel. According to NS9611:2022 – Max drop height 2 meters.
